These terms apply when you use this website or order from us. "We" means Ponvarna, Coimbatore 641041, Tamil Nadu. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. How ordering works for now

• This website is our showroom. Orders are taken on WhatsApp at +91 88255 06926 and paid by UPI. There is no online checkout yet.
• We deliver to addresses in Tamil Nadu only for now.
• Your order is confirmed when we have checked the piece is available, told you the total including delivery, and received your payment. We confirm it on WhatsApp.
• You must be 18 or over to order.

2. Our pieces

• We describe and photograph every piece honestly. Silk and zari change with the light and screens differ, so a small difference in colour is normal.
• Handwoven sarees carry small slubs and slight unevenness. These are part of the weave, not defects.
• Preview sarees: some sarees on this site are marked "Preview". They are design previews of pieces we plan to bring in, not photographs of stock, and they cannot be ordered. "Notify me" tells you when that saree, or one very like it, arrives.
• We only say "pure silk", "Silk Mark" or Kanchipuram where the piece carries it.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the final price of the piece. Delivery is added as its own amount, and we tell you the full total on WhatsApp before you pay. Nothing is added after you pay.
• If a pack carries a maker's printed maximum retail price, we never charge more than it.
• Pay only to the UPI details we share inside our own WhatsApp chat, and check the name your UPI app shows before paying. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP or a card number.
• Cash on delivery is not available yet.

4. Delivery, exchanges, returns, refunds and cancellations

These are set out on our Delivery and Returns and refunds pages, which form part of these terms.

5. Fall and pico and blouse stitching

These are optional services done after you order. Once the work has started, the piece is made for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged or defective work is always put right.

6. Offers

Any offer or code works only as its own terms page describes. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Using this website

Please do not misuse the site: no fake orders or sign-ups, no attempts to break its security, and no copying of our photographs, words or name for your own use. You may share links to our pages.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for sending what you ordered as described, and for the remedies in our policies and under law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as floods, cyclones, strikes or curfews; if one delays your order, we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first (see Contact); subject to your right to approach the consumer commission where you live, the courts at Coimbatore have jurisdiction.
