Cancellationரத்து செய்தல்

• Before we send it: cancel free at any time by WhatsApp +91 88255 06926 or email care@ponvarna.com. We refund everything you paid, including delivery.
• Sarees with fall and pico or blouse stitching: we start the work 12 hours after your payment, unless you ask us to start sooner. Until then you can change or cancel the request free. Once the work has started, the piece is being made for you and the order cannot be cancelled.
• After we send it: the order can no longer be cancelled, but our exchange and return rules apply when it arrives.
• If we have to cancel: if a piece fails our final check, is already sold, or cannot reach your address, we tell you why on WhatsApp and refund everything within 2 working days.

There is no cancellation fee, whoever cancels.

Refunds for cancelled orders go back by UPI to the account you paid from, within 2 working days. See Refunds.
