Where we deliver
Anywhere in Tamil Nadu for now. Delivery to Puducherry and the rest of India is coming soon. If you live outside Tamil Nadu, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you as soon as we can send to you.
How long it takes
We pack and send your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment (Monday to Saturday). After that:

Fall and pico on a saree adds about 2 working days before we send it.
What it costs

We tell you the delivery fee in the WhatsApp chat before you pay, together with the total. Nothing is added later.
Payment
For now, every order is paid by UPI in our WhatsApp chat. Cash on delivery is coming soon for orders above ₹899; smaller orders will stay prepaid to keep delivery costs low.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves, we send you the courier's name, the tracking number and a tracking link on WhatsApp, and by email if you have given us one.
Silk sarees
Every silk saree travels with full declared value and transit cover paid by us. If a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we replace it or refund you in full.
When it arrives
If the outer parcel looks opened, wet or crushed, you may refuse it, or accept it and record it in front of the courier. Please record a short video while you open your parcel; it helps us settle any problem the same day.
